🔶 Community Guidelines
We’re all about building a safe, welcoming space for everyone. To help us stay true to that, we’ve set a few rules and guidelines, click the links below and take a look to understand our community goals, ideologies, and working standards.
🔶 Why work with us?
- Facilitate what you love: Whether it’s art, sustainability, recreation, or critical conversations, you’ll get hands-on experience designing and leading events that excite you.
- Be part of a vibrant community: Meet like-minded people and explore new ideas, activities, and conversations in a space that values openness and safety.
- Work without pressure: We function as a non-hierarchical team where you can try out different roles and responsibilities — no need to have it all figured out from day one.
- Find support and solidarity: We get that life can be overwhelming. Our team is here to support each other through it all.
- Engage deeply: Dive into meaningful conversations about society, self, the future, and everything in between — with a team that reads, reflects, and acts together.
- Shape your neighborhood: Co-create moments of joy, connection, and collective care that make our locality more livable, engaging, and fun.
